The warehouse is open for visits by appointment only. The appointments allow us to manage guest limits and allow us to properly manage our various responsibilies and guest needs.

While the CDC and the state of Illinois have relaxed mask guidelines, we are still not accepting visits to the warehouse. We have received no official notification from Illinois or the Town of Normal regarding the penalties for not enforcing masks.\r\n\r\nWe are still taking online orders and will continue to process them in a timely manner.

Due to concerns about Governor Pritzker\'s new rules on businesses being responsible for their customers wearing masks, we are no longer accepting appointments or unannounced visits to our warehouse. Our mail order operations remain open, however. The refusal of visits will remain until the Illinois General Assembly does its job, the courts strike down the rules, or the emergency health restrictions against businesses are lifted by the Illinois Department of Health. \r\n\r\nThe sooner these restrictions are gone, the sooner we can serve you better.

Still not having received any official notice from the state of Illinois and nearing the 30 day mark for the initial March closure news conference, we will be resuming our mail order operations. Our warehouse will remain closed to visitors until at least the end of April.

Although we have not been given official notice (we heard of the closure order in the news,) we will be closing until at least April 7. We were already planning to close our warehouse to visitors, due to vulnerable staff. Now, since other businesses are closed, we can\'t effectively manage our shipments.\r\n\r\nWhile we can still take orders, we won\'t be able to ship them until after Illinois allows businesses to resume full and proper operations. \r\n\r\nWe apologize for the second, involuntary closure in six months.

Thank you for your support and patience while we\'ve been on medical leave. We\'re resuming normal operations, with some delays on our larger items. Unfortunately, we will not be attending Anime Zap as planned. We are still planning on attending PeroiaCon in March.

Due to a medical emergency, we will be closed until Dec. 1, 2019 or until medically cleared to resume work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will resume shipping orders as soon as we can.

Phantom Studios will be closed until at least June 1, 2019.

We will be closed from April 9 to April 16. E-mails and voice mails will be answered as quickly as possible when we re-open on April 17. Thank you.
